After your 14-day evaluation, AI-generated responses are disabled and embed/API access is paused. You can still test pre-configured responses in the dashboard. Upgrade to a paid plan at any time to re-enable AI responses and production access.

Plan Limits & Usage
What Happens When You Reach Limits?
If you approach or exceed your plan limits, you'll receive notifications:
- Warning at 80% — You'll be notified when you reach 80% of your limits
- At 100% — You'll need to either:
- Upgrade your plan
- Remove some items (documents, bots) to stay within limits
- Wait until your usage resets (for monthly message limits)
Important: We won't delete your data if you exceed limits. You'll simply need to manage your usage or upgrade.
Message Limits
- Evaluation: 200 AI messages per month during your 14-day evaluation period
- Pro: 5,000 AI messages per month
- Team: 20,000 AI messages per month
Note: Pre-configured responses and cached responses don't count toward message limits.
Pre-configured Response Limits
- Pro: Up to 200 pre-configured responses per bot
- Team: Up to 1,000 pre-configured responses per bot
Booking Workflow Limits
- Pro: Up to 5 booking workflows
- Team: Up to 20 booking workflows
Document Limits
- Documents are counted per account and can be linked to one or more bots
- Embeddings are generated automatically when you process documents
- Large documents may create multiple embeddings
- We do not enforce a separate embeddings cap; document limits and the 20k character cap serve as the practical ceiling
Bot Limits
- Bot limits are per account
- You can delete and recreate bots as needed
- Deleted bots don't count toward your limit

Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is preserved. If you downgrade to a plan with lower limits, you'll need to remove items (documents, bots) to stay within the new limits, or wait until your next billing cycle when limits reset.
Do unused messages roll over?
No, monthly message limits reset each month and don't roll over. Enterprise plans may have custom arrangements.
Can I get a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing is available for Pro and Team plans. Contact sales@teamchatcode.com for annual pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange bank transfers or purchase orders.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees for any plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
