How to trigger ChatIQ demos using demo:<noun> tokens in LINE or on your site.

Demo Links

You can start a demo by sending a demo:<noun> token in LINE or in your chat widget. This lets ChatIQ route that conversation into a specific demo bot for the current session.

How to start a demo

Option 1: In LINE

  1. Add our LINE Official Account.
  2. Open the chat and send a configured token like demo:clinic.

Option 2: In your chat widget

  1. Open the ChatIQ widget on your site.
  2. Send the same configured token (example: demo:clinic).

Common demo tokens

  • demo:clinic
  • demo:school

Exact tokens depend on how the host bot is configured in Bot Settings.

Exit a demo

  • demo:exit

Notes

  • Demo routing is scoped to the current conversation only.
  • On desktop, LINE deep links may not open unless the LINE desktop app is installed. If that happens, open LINE manually and send the token above.
