Quick answers to common billing questions.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and choose a new plan. Changes take effect immediately.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel from Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
Where are my invoices?
Invoices are available in the billing portal. Open Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click Manage subscription.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes. Use the billing portal to update your card or payment method.
Do you offer refunds?
Contact support@chatiq.io and include your account email and invoice ID.
